We provide access to essential resources for youth, seniors, families, and individuals facing food insecurity and settlement barriers.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDES:

COMMUNITY FOOD HUB

Free pre-packaged groceries for families, seniors, and individuals. 

Schedule: Last Saturday of the month, 12 pm – 4 pm daily only.

No ID required. 

HOUSING NAVIGATION

Help individuals, families, and seniors access safe, stable housing through information and referrals.

NEWCOMER INTEGRATION / NAVIGATION

Help accessing settlement services, healthcare, school registration, and government benefits.

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Monthly community programming that helps seniors stay connected, informed, and independent through social activities, benefits support, and computer literacy workshop. Senior Development Program focuses on social connection, benefits, and compuer literacy training.

ADDICTION RECOVERY SUPPORT

We access your needs and connect you to licensed treatment programs, counseling, and peer support groups.

We offer follow-up to ensure you’re linked to the right care and supported through the process.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING & LIFE SKILL TRAINING

We provide structured workship training and support program to empower individuals gain the skills, confidence, and mindset to take control of their lives and make decisions for themselves.

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

Practical life skills – Financial Management, Time Management, Digital literacy, Problem-solving e.tc.

Leadership & Decision-Making:
Taking initiative, working in teams, and leading in school, work, or community settings.

Goal setting & Planning :
Learning to define what you want and break it into actionable steps.

Confidence & self-awareness:
Identifying limiting beliefs, building self-esteem, and improving communication e.t.c.

JOB READINESS PROGRAM:

Whether you’re entering the workforce for the first time or starting over in a new country, our Employment Preparation Program gives you the practical skills and certifications employers look for such as :

1. Resume and Cover letter writing.

2. Interview Preparation and Job Search Strategies.

3. Safety & care certifications:
This includes: CPR & First Aid, CPI/Crisis Prevention, Safe Management Practices, and Medication Management.

All certification courses are delivered by certified instructors and meet national standards. Participants receive an official certificate valid for employment, volunteering, and placements.
Fees apply for certification courses to cover training and materials.

EVENTS:

SummerHub Event, Artist showcases & Artistes performances, Fundraising events, seminars, Faith observances open to all.
